Nobody wants to have sex if they're feeling like crap. You've been through so much healthwise, I can't blame you if you don't feel like getting down with your husband. Your doctor sure doesn't help, either. That “don’t you want to show...

He is a gem, he's a keeper.  I love him so much.  He carried me through all this health bullshit (sorry for swearing).  I just wish mother nature turned men's sex drive off too when women stop feeling amourous.

I need to know, my menopausal sisters, what is normal?  A few days ago I got an interesting email from Healthy Women that states that a large percentage of women view sex as an obligation.  How did they know what I have been thinking...

Oh, too bad he missed out. There MUST be another way to do something like that!   Have you ever read The Polar Express? I love the book--the movie, not so much, but the book always makes me cry, and then say, "*I* still hear the bell!"

Your Catholic school experience sounds a lot like my public school experience when we lived in Scotland (I was 8). Uniforms, teachers with rulers, bruised knuckles because I talked too much.... and I married my first boyfriend in the schoolyard.

Teachers were wicked back when we were kids, weren't they?  Did you really marry your first boyfriend from grade school?  I didn't know you were from Ireland Lassie

Guess I should have said I "married" him, since it was strictly a schoolyard wedding complete with plastic gold band.   I'm not from Scotland, but my dad was in the Navy, and we were stationed there for a few years.

I do! And, about 5 or 6 years ago, my sister and I went back to that town. We found our house, our school, etc. and had a great time reminiscing about the 2 years we spent there as kids.
