Lori, I had never baked mushrooms before.  They were wonderful to use in the sauce because the baked mushroom/chocolate color held up in the white cream sauce.  It was a simple recipe, and delish!  Lots of dishes to clean up afterwards...

That's the way it works in our house, Karen, but in reverse. Bob cooks, and I clean up (but in our house, we call it "siding up" )

He worked all day though Lori, I felt guilty.  But then again, I was delirious after trying to get so much accomplished with an earache, sore throat and headache.  Since I am retired, I always feel it's my job to take care of him.  But...

Again, that's how it works in our house: my husband is "semi-retired", meaning that he works from home, but not anywhere near fulltime. So, he does the cooking, and I (work fulltime away from home) clean up afterwards. If we did it the other way...

Thanks Rosemary, it's taking me a while to put them together because we keep leaving to go other places!  I think I'm just about caught up on my thank you's.  I've got one more to do for Poise.  They put on an awesome comedy show!

Little kids don't cooperate so much for photos do they?  Gavin picked today to start rolling over and he just about rolled off the stool.  Both Nikki and I each caught him mid-roll.  But today of all days?  Oh well, he is 2 months...

Well, let's see: Google says the PPA is either the Professional Photographer's Association or the Poker Player's Alliance. I'm just gonna guess it's the photographer.   Nice pictures, Karen!

Thanks Lori, I think I look 40 or so, these are the best of them.  Awake baby's and toddlers are hard to catch still.  I might shoot on burst next time.     I have to go google PPA and see if it would help me get my art out there...
